Can I change which panel I get each quarter?

Yes. Repeat the same panel or pick different ones from our menu. We'll recommend based on your data, but you choose. Your protocol, your pace.

What is Vision Cloud?

Upload any external lab work or imaging (CT, MRI, ultrasound). Our AI re-interprets through the Arq clinical engine and applies MASALA-calibrated reference ranges for context you don't get elsewhere.

How does the doctor pod system work?

You're assigned to a small pod (3–4 doctors) for continuity. If your primary doctor is unavailable, another pod member sees you. Everyone on your pod knows your history and can jump in seamlessly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No lock-in. Cancel with 30 days' notice. If you cancel before Q1 is complete, you can request a pro-rata refund.

Is founding member pricing truly locked in?

Yes. ₹36,000/year forever. No price increases, even if standard Arq Care pricing changes. This is how we reward early believers.
