Why am I always tired?
Most fatigue stems from thyroid dysfunction, B12 deficiency, iron deficiency, or high cortisol. Standard GP visits miss this. We test what matters—thyroid beyond TSH, actual B12 and iron levels, and metabolic stress.
What thyroid tests matter?
TSH alone is insufficient. You need free T3, free T4, and anti-TPO. Many people have normal TSH but low free T3—the active hormone. We test all four. Many doctors only check TSH.
Is B12 deficiency common in India?
Yes. 42% of Indians are deficient, especially vegetarians. B12 is found in animal products. Deficiency causes fatigue, brain fog, neuropathy. It's easily corrected with supplementation or injections.
What if my TSH is "normal"?
TSH can be normal while free T3 is low—this is called "central hypothyroidism" or "T3 insufficiency." Many people feel fatigued even with normal TSH. We test the active hormones, not just the feedback mechanism.
